  • NCVPRIPG 2019 invites original and high-quality research papers in the broad areas of computer vision, pattern recognition, image processing and graphics. The interested academicians, scientists, industry personnel, research scholars and students are invited to send papers on any of the themes mentioned in the CFP. The conference proceedings will be published by Springer International Publishing in its LNCS/CCIS series. The proceedings will be indexed in Scopus, DBLP, Google Scholar, EI-Compendex, Mathematical Reviews, SCImago. In submitting a manuscript to NCVPRIPG, authors should ensure that no paper substantially similar in content has been or will be submitted to another journal, conference, or other event with published proceedings. In such a case, the submission to NCVPRIPG will be rejected without review.

    NCVPRIPG 2019 follows a double-blind peer review system. Author should not include their names and affiliations in the manuscript. Authors should also ensure that their identity is not revealed indirectly (by avoiding acknowledgments to collaborators, direct citations to author's previous work, and uploading manuscripts in public accessible websites).
