Publications: The proceedings will be published by Springer in LNCS/CCIS which is indexed inScopus, DBLP, Google Scholar, EI-Compendex, Mathematical Reviews, SCImago.

While submitting a manuscript to NCVPRIPG 2019, authors acknowledge that the work for which the paper is submitted is original and no paper substantially similar in content has been or will be submitted to another journal, conference or workshop during the review period. The authors should also make sure that the paper is free of any plagiarism. In case of violate of these regulations, the paper will be rejected without review. Note that submissions of paper, which are uploaded only on, are not considered as dual submission, and such papers are allowed to be submitted to NCVPPRIPG 2019.

All submitted papers will be peer reviewed (double-blind). Please submit the paper without providing the author details in the paper or in the supplementary material. In addition, the authors should also make sure that such details are also not being provided indirectly (e.g. self-citations in third person, avoiding acknowledgements etc.).

Manuscripts should be prepared either in LaTeX or Microsoft Word. LaTeX is preferred for typesetting. The manuscript should be uploaded as a PDF file. LaTeX and Word template files are available for  download here.

The maximum allowed file size is 20MB. The manuscript should be at most 10 pages in length (including all text, figures, and references). Submissions that do not satisfy the length restriction will be desk rejected. Further, authors should ensure that the paper length is commensurate with the content. Optional supplementary material containing images, videos and additional documents can be uploaded as a single .zip archive. The maximum allowed file size is 30MB.

The paper ID must be included in the manuscript before uploading it on the portal. Paper ID may be created on CMT by entering the title, abstract, and subject areas.
